I get on board and then set sail....
always have a plan
Saturdays have been filled with showings and today is jam packed
Your Saturday looks similar to mine. Two client appointments. Some preparation work. I'm open for business.
I go with the flow.
Today is Boat Show day for me!
Open house with all preparations to show any of our listings to discovered buyers at the open house.
Headed to a one hour spin class, then some computer work.
Saturday is just another day! Do plan some "me" time though!
We work 7 days a week and usually have scheduled appointments for Saturday as well...
Saturday is my most popular day and has highest close rate. I don't do appts on Sunday (and this is consistent for my industry).
Helping my wife clan a home after going to a gun and knife show in a neighboring county
I work on my paper work, presentations, web site, blogs....No one calls!
Had two buyers, and still had a bit of time to work on refinishing my kitchen table in the garage before dark.
I set aside Saturday to spend the day helping at a local fundraising event.
Good morning Peter. Went to my office in the morning to do two mortgage application.
I do what comes along and needs to be done.
Today was interesting. Buyers didn't want to go look at property due to frigid weather and high wind. What wimps!
Today was very planned out. Evening is "with the flow."
8-5p: Rifle class and pick up new gun at lunch
After: dinner with parents, washing my freshly dirtied (by the range) business pants for tomorrow's work. Polish boots. Active Rain.
Definitely a flow day.
Just one property. Then have some fun sewing.
I go with the flow.
I was hoping to show homes today but buyers cancel so working from home.
Yes, it's planned out like all of my other days.
Saturday is always too important to not have a plan for our workday.
No workday for me other than clearing snow this morning.
I have a routine that I do then I schedule the rest of my day
I have nothing planned businesswise today so if someone calls I can work it in. I will likely do some filing and tax prep, a little cooking and housecleaning, laundry, etc. There is always plenty to do.
Getting listing paperwork signed and pictures taken. Then showing a house. Then writing a post about a new development. Then following-up on some leads. I think that's it for now.
Every day is a workday for me to some extent. But I'll take a bit of down time later in the day.
