I don't wait for them to ask. I present it. I also have graphs going back 10+ years showing that my DOM is typically about half that of the mls average.
we offer that info without being asked
100% as all my listings have sold for some time
We divulge that before being asked.
I do track it against the MLS published ratio.
No one ever asked me that. I get the question" Have you sold very many houses in this price range"? much more often.
No not yet.
Should be in your listing package.
Peter - Have never been asked that question from a seller.
I keep track of this too, all of them sell, and quickly too.
It should be part of your presentation. A
Peter Mohylsky - usually, the clients sign the contract before it becomes too analytical for me.....
I have never been asked, by other agents or by consumers. But I track it
Yes and yes.
Never been asked. I think it 100%. I've had some expire that I eventually sold.
I give it to them before they ask me
I have been asked on occasion. Yes, I do track it. But, like any statistic, there's more to it than just the numbers.
It's not a question that has ever come up in cnversation although I do track it for my own purposes and if they ask, it's available instantly.
i love that number , what it is. i wud use it against other top agents... and i also like the % or sold price to asking
I have never been asked this question.
I track it but few ask
I have never been asked that but know the numbers if asked. I know my business stats.
That's not a good thing. Yes I do know what it is.
It would also be good to know the 'original list price' to sales ratio. This shows how you missed on pricing.
Hopefully I'm not mistaking the question for 'are you mostly a buyers or listing agent'.
