I do track it. Right now, mostly new business.
Last year about 25% was by referral, the rest was expireds.
I think about 60% is from referrals and past clients.
Right now, we're at about 75% referral/repeat. This is what we're looking for, so we are interested in this figure.
About 40% is repeat or referrals. 60% is new business I generate.
The majority is coming from referrals. We are not officially tracking it.
This is the most fun in December finishing my spreadsheet determining where the business came from, what cities I sold in, and the percentage of buyers versus sellers. 71% was repeat business or referrals from sphere.
I always ask how they found me and about half of my business is referral.
I would guess that I'm now at about 80%. This is a sign of the times. It is getting harder and harder to win uncommitted people since they are in touch with others and the Internet.
Almost all of it is by referral.
I do not do as good a job tracking this as I ought. I would estimate 30-40 percent is referral or repeat business.
I don't keep score anymore....I still get many, many referrals from past clients...they send their children and their grandchildren!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would say 80% is Referral from current and past clients, and 20% is New Business through Marketing Jeff Dowler CRS.
I'd say the vast majority of our business comes from current or past clients and other referrals.
50% referral based and 50% through social media. We learned early on to track where all business is coming from.
I do not know the percentage. Repeat business from investors has been very important for me.
probably about 80% referral
About 50%. We keep in touch with our past clients. Track them? No
99.9%. I track this through my scheduling software.
100% of my business is from my client list (althought I do accept their family and immediate friends to my list) I do not spend any time or money to search out new clients after 23 years in the business. I dont think this is too common though.
Jeff Dowler CRS I wish to have the 100% referral business like my coach from your town - Buffini & Company .
Though it was only 85% in 2015.
last year for me it was about 80%. For my office as a whole it was about 50%
It is hard to say Jeff, I raw data says 30% from past clients 20% referral and the other 50% by marketing.
Still 100% new business. So many of our clients are vacation owners and hardly here to meet new people to refer.
Very high. I do not do open houses.
It's around 50/50 now.
With at least two thirds of my business repeat and referral year in and out, I absolutely track my sources.
