This is the most fun in December finishing my spreadsheet determining where the business came from, what cities I sold in, and the percentage of buyers versus sellers.    71% was repeat business or referrals from sphere.

I would guess that I'm now at about 80%.  This is a sign of the times.  It is getting harder and harder to win uncommitted people since they are in touch with others and the Internet.
