Weather at my end of the world really doesn't impact sales all that much unless we have a freak snow fall or buckets of rain.
Oro Valley, AZ
Activity is up but I don't think it is weather dependent.

We've already seen that trend but it's not weather related
Not a factor here...
In our market weather has no real impact on sales.
Yes. The attractive interest rates are more important than the weather.
The people are out there showing my listings but haven't had any reasonable offers. Shoppers ....
We are in one of our busiest times now.
Florida; it will be constant. California; it is always active.
Yes, although I don't think we'll really see a big difference until around end of Mar. Mid March will be slightly better.
Good morning again Michael. Yes sir more inventory and more showings
I've noticed a surge in showings, so probably yes.
sales are booming
Our sales in Denver have been FIERCE since early January, and hoping as spring nears we see more listings SOON!
Good morning Michael. I am not willing to have the weather or the market to regular or have anything to do with my income.
TeamCHI - Complete Home Inspections, Inc. - I do see that happening, sooner this year thanks to mild winter, so far.
We already have here! But hopefully they keep increasing!
It would be nice.
Not really, spring thaw is seldom a good thing for us.
Weather tends not to impact sales out here, unless it's raining really hard.
I do, although we have already seen a spike in sales which could coincide with the early spring like days were are getting.
Absolutely! We've already seen a huge increase over the last few weeks.
Only if we see more listings
The weather has been good all winter this year.
we've had a very profitable winter this year, and that would be a big bonus to have spring improve too...
Here we are not affected by a change in the weather, though I am seeing more people on vacation in February, that I thought might have been here in January - snowbirds are here, and vacationers are now here. That should affect sales TeamCHI - Complete Home Inspections, Inc.
I think for us it's more the holidays slowing down a bit noticed gradual increase in activity since February 1
We really did not have a winter with the exception of a couple of weeks of cold and minor snow so we stayed busy all winter
Whether the weather is favorable or not, business can happen. Attitude and aptitude matter.
Spring(Market) is in the air !!!
Perhaps if we get inventory levels that are more "normal"
