I have not read the review. I just try to do things in moderation.
Luckily I have been into it all my life-way before my 30's and it will pay off in the advanced years...which are already here.

I don't read the reviews on Consumer Lab. Eating healthy was instilled into me at a very young age. My mother made my baby food, and my father was a stickler on the freshest and best available. He always preached that buying the best and freshest food was expensive, but it was cheap compared tow hat doctors charge. He used to also say, that we spent more on the vet that on the doctor for the family in a year. A
