Start with Church, then the gun range. I am ready for anything; bring it on!

I plan to go to early service at church with my fiance and his daughter.  Then we will have brunch at Bone Fish Grille.

So far, so good.  We will be at my daughters home for Easter dinner.

A relaxing day at home and cooking a nice dinner...it has been a bad week so we are ready for some down time.

Open house. I forget it is Easter Sunday.... My listing.....

Dealing with an offer and that's me done for the day.  Would have been done earlier but the power went off due to teenagers drag racing and crashing into a hydro pole and setting it on fire.  Thousands of homes without power on Easter because of foolishness.  (they were not seriously hurt!)

MY new GRANT program and the FREE MONEY for buyers I announced in MY blog a couple days ago has the phone ringing off  the hook and MY inbox filling up.  I've been so busy taking applications, I'm going to be working this afternoon to get them uploaded in the computer before Monday morning.   I've got to get MY disclosures out in time.

I am working on investment properties with two local investors.

Not even a remote chance this year!

Don't plan on it but the day really hasn't started yet.

Ginger Harper will be writing the offers for couple of my buyers who visited open house on Saturday.

'No' to working on Easter Sunday for us - wishing you and your family a very Happy Easter Ginger Harper!  We are meeting a friend who lives in Assisted Living and his caregiver, for an Easter Brunch (where he lives).  Should be a fun time!

I did take Easter off work, and painted some areas of my home, put together a new cabinet, and enjoyed a good movie on-line.  

Mostly fun today. Will deal with the digitally signed docs tomorrow. 

Very busy today, but much of the work is rather relaxed.

Only from my computer and a phone, maybe I'll check few new listings. It is such a beautiful day today in SoCal!

I will not be working today Ginger Harper . Finally some rest and ready for a busy end of the month Monday with lots of closings and getting some offers presented that came in yesterday as the seller is away

I won't be with clients, but I will be doing some paperwork during the course of the day.

I am available to talk to buyers and sellers.
