Ask all of your current and previous clients what days, and what time of the day do they surf the internet the most. That will give you a rough idea of what time slots would be the most profitable. Looks like you're in a decent area (very little competition) where adwords would be cost effective. Just make sure to use terms that people would search for. The more specific the cheaper the buy and the better the client.

I am not using Adwords now, but have in the past and when you schedule is important based on your market and the time zones that you are trying to reach. I would test a few days/times and see what the analytics provide you.
