I was in Toastmasters for 5 years and I have started 4 networking groups in the last 13 years, so step one is having a base.

You need to secure a location that would able to host it, with easy access & parking

You'd want to have a verbal commitment of 20-25 to have 15 for sure and talk to Toastmasters about how they help supplement your roster.

It's easier to recruit new members, when guests visit and see a full room and you need enough to cover all the roles that get handed out each meeting so no one has to pull double duty..

Paul Weese Have you attended Toastmasters meetings?  Are there other TM meetings in your area?  In addition to contacting Toastmasters International it would be very helpful to have local mentors/sponsors who can assist and answer questions.

The club itself should be able to provide you with the necessary support and ideas.  It is an excellent forum for people in all walks of life.  I was a President of a local club for a year and was in the membership for a few years.  A great deal of work, but well worth it.  Good luck!

The organization has their guidelines on how to.  May I suggest you reach out or check the National site for that.  I know it is there because years ago I looked into it. I wish you all the best with this.
