Denise, in our area we have to submit the Fannie Mae offer and local purchase agreement online.  Buyer should have a preapproval letter from lender or proof of funds for cash offer and that is submitted if/when the offer is accpeted.  Their addendum is filled online and it is easy to scan purchase agreement from State form and upload as an attachment from email, my docs, or document storage.

The instructions are pretty easy to follow on Homepath.com

I don't have a choice.  Submit online, do it exactly like FNMA says or it gets deleted and never even looked at.

It's been so long since I have submitted an offer on a Fannie Mae owned property it may have been on an actual tablet(as in biblical times).

Most often because Fannie and Freddie choose to few agents for too many listings we try to avoid them as we cant always get questions answered, cant get updates and forget about getting help

FNMA is a broad brush. If you are looking at a particular REO better find out how the lender wants the offer sent. Sometimes it's on your docs, sometimes online. Either way, their docs follow again after they approve initial offer. So, yes there will 2 contracts.

Depends on the instructions, if it is via their website, you just upload all signed forms in there. I'm not sure what you mean by ''automating'', since every offer has different  terms, POF, EMD amount, PA. 

Whatever the directions say to do.

They don't serve our great nation so I don't submit anything to them.
