mine is always a work in progress..... I focus on sellers and market listings on it....
It's continual work in progress. Just finished a major overhaul of my blog site with a developer
It is a work in progress and like you say is not once and done. I just finished creating dozens of extra pages. There is much more work to do.
I typically review at least once a year. In the past, it has been each December when I work 1/2 or more of the month as 1-hour days at my day job to burn use-it-or-lose-it paid time off. Since I'm using more of my PTO this year to take time for RE meetings and training and such, I might have to rework that process into a more on-the-fly experience.
We have an inhouse IT guy who works on our sites all the time.
A good reminder that websites need constant attention.

I have an assistant who takes care of all my website needs and Internet marketing. The bank has it's own website with people to maintain it as well.

My website is a work in progress and I always find something new to add, complete or update to it. Here is my six month old RealGeeks site for Naples, Florida.
It's been a work in progress for 10+ years, I have spent a lot on it and the team that manages it does a great job - considering their boss is my husband LOL
Good morning Andy. I pay $99 per month for my site including hosting, all updates are done when I'm sleeping.
Not often enough
The website is never static and mine is going through an overhaul again to keep it current and trending.
We direct people to it and it is updated weekly.
It is never-ending ... always some work to be done.
Always updating, learning new ways to attract people.
I haven't overhauled in a few years, though I keep the tweaks going constantly.
I agree with honing and refining concepts until you reach results stage
A work in progress, reviewed every couple weeks or months. Biggest recent overhaul was to remove the blog and several plugins.
Zero cost, I'm the developer (and qualified).
Andrew Mooers - good question.
I have not 'overhaul'ed my website for a while...
W have been hearing for years (lilterally) that Long and Foster was going to update our site to make it more user friendly. I guess I need to invest in my own as soon as I have the time.
That is my problem it need overhauling again.
