I am not doing broker open houses. They were very costly and few agents attended.
I cut them out them out last year. Still deciding wht other items to cut this year.

I cut some interenet advertising that went nowhere - FAST!

I was advertising on a national union website because of my Homes for Heroes program - terminated that this month. I am watching my P and L closely and suspect there may be other changes. And I said NO to some banner ads for local schools that I did before

Nothing, I am down to what works for me and I am not about to add or take away. I am comfortable with what I have. And that includes the increased personal time being taken this year.

Had to cut back on my assistant 8 hrs a week till we have more inventory in our area.
My budget, if cut down, would not exist any longer

No budget this year as I relocate and consider the options!
We haven't cut anything - we've launched a marketing campaign that so far is running at a 12 to 1 ROI - but - far too soon to see what long term results are...

I dont believe I spent any money on marketing last year, so had nothing to cut.
I have reduced spend on Angie's List to be more focused on the zips where I have a higher close rate. It seems to be helping effectiveness/close rate of these leads.
I have cut out all advertising specialities Lise Howe but I may order pens again. I used to hand out good pens that cost me about $3.00 each.
Anything that does not provide a useful benefit and/or ROI.
