CoStar owns Loopnet. Co star is good if you can afford it. Many agents try Loopnet, and I've put land on there at times, but it never really generated much interest. Usually i just get emails from them claiming I need to upgrade to paid account because several people are interested in my listing but i can't see them. More interest comes from print ads and the mls.

Costar more selection, easy to search. Suggest a 6 month or shorter subcription to try out. Loopnet is very slow to access for toward business opportunities.
