Yes on FB ads. There are a few different kinds so you have to be specific.

You can really drill down to an area with the ads. Either buyer or seller but I did seller. Cost was OK I thought for my area. That is also going to depend on who else is bidding for the area so to speak. You have to put a price in.

Tried G Ads & was out $200 bucks in a flash. I thought I was at a roulette wheel in Vegas!

Ive had a growing email list for over 10 years now and I try my best to keep it current. I think in the time coming your going to find more and more people getting on the FaceBook Ad bandwagon. They work and they work well.

I have an email list. I love FB ads and have tremendous success with FB ads. FB is where it is at when it comes to great prices and really great targeting. Google PPC has really become out of reach for most business owners. Gary V was buying Google PPC for 5 cents a click in 1999 for his dad's wine company. Those same clicks for wine phrases today are $27 a click. Needless to day, Gary is no longer doing Google PPC. He puts his money in FB ads, Instagram and Snapchat now. As platforms evolve, so much we.

Okay, I've tried the Facebook ads, and while it's certainly a lot of "bang" for the buck, it's not a lot of return for it either.  I find that LinkedIn, more than any other social platform, tends to bring about the type of attention and sales that I find lacking in a more "social" environment, like Facebook.

So, my suggestion, mine the farms of LI versus FB.

I see a lot people haven't used FB ads that much or at all. Best way is creating a refusuable offer and then creating an opt-in for building a relationship with the people on the list.

Now gmail is putting a lot emails to the promotional box. There's always to get around it without being over promotional.
