Canva has some great tools to use for flyers, newletters, infographics, etc.

btw, I do not think any CRM comes with good letter/email templates, that service is additional.

I use Top Producer which doesn't sound like what you are looking for. There are some great other choices here.
So many to choose from, and hours and months to get them set up and running.
I have opted for a less intense and less useful aproach and just use outlook.

I will continue to review since I am in the market myself.
If you're looking for a budget plan, then I would suggest Realty Juggler which is only $99 per year, However, I prefer to use the one Market Leader provides with their website.
Top Producer; however, not so much on the easy to use part.
We currently use Ixact Contact but we're thinking of switching to something that integrates with our IDX better.
