I find the most difficult agents are ones that don't have many transactions under their belt. They don't know enough about what it takes for everyone involved to get the deal closed. They don't know what some terms mean or why certain things might be required.
If they have no respect for me; I ignore them and get my job done with the rest of the folks involved.
