We are still in our off season, so it will be interesting to see how it fares compared to the rest of the nation when our season starts again.

Our market continues to do very well, as it has done for a number of years.

We're a self-sustaining community and are not affected by national averages etc.  We continue to tick along at our own speed with no peaks nor valleys.

Slightly up but not crazy.  Just did the stats for July only though.

The best homes in our market are receiving multiple offers.  I have homes sold often before they go on MLS as sellers are getting I recently had a stager bringing in furniture and a buyer stopped by and we sold it over list price.

Our inventory has slowed and diminished in some neighborhoods however there are still overpriced homes where sellers won't budge on price.  

Its been a great year so far but we are actively looking for homes for buyers moving up as well as investor buyers.  We don't work with a lot of first time home buyers who unfortunately are almost priced out of the market.

Our market is stabalizing.  As well, we are suffering from 'thinventory' and are at a bit of a stand-still in some areas.  Sellers who want to move within the area can't find a home to move into so, they're holding off listing their homes.

Peter Mohylsky - right now, some towns still show they are strong - however a few good towns have so many price changes!

The rich and well off folks here are buying and building high end homes as fast as they can.

Lower priced homes are being ignored since most of these customers cant seem to find credit to buy them.

We are pensive. We had a red hot market then it relaxed now it's picking up again. Seattle is insane! $50 to $100k over asking in some cases.

Listings are slowing down and buyers are still buying so we are heading for trouble if we run out of listings.

As Tommy Hopkins used to say, "Just unbelievable!"  That seems to cover it all.

We've only started to warm up. 

It seems the market is beginning to shift.  Crazy more describes some client behaviors as well as the market I've been working in. 

San Diego seems to be heading down slightly due to lack of inventory. Sarasota will be heating up again after 11/8 oif Janet Yellen is reined in!

Our market is a level right now but it typically picks up the second week in September.

Still upward bound and going strong.

Resales & new sales are having the time of their life. Interests are getting jealous and another Real Estate cycle is dying to get in too. When? Where? How? Stay tuned and stay frosty

Still a seller's market here and not enough inventory. Sold two listings in August and did two buyer contracts... so no complaints.
