The market has been shifting here since July blatantly and subtly since March. Upper end has plateaued to a buyer's market, median is a plateau to slightly seller's market and below $500K is still a seller's market with multiple offers (pending floor-plan, condition and location).

Pasadena//NorthEast Los Angeles area of Los Angeles County, CA.   A complex question as this is a large market.   Homes under $1,500,000 that are well-priced are in high demand in most areas and it is definitely a sellers to extreme-sellers market.   Over $3,000,000 is more of a buyer's market.   In between, we are seeing a bit more inventory, longer days on market and price reductions so it is leaning towards a more neutral market.  Exceptions always create interesting conversations.

We seem to be in a pretty balanced market which seems to always give the slight edge to the seller.  Prices are dropping quite a bit but that seems to be more due to overpricig the homes in the first place.  I'm in Santa Clarita, Valencia, California.  We are about 30 miles north of downtown Los Angeles and best known for Six Flags Magic Mountain.

Well I'm in an extremely rural area. I'm sure you've heard me say that a time or two. In certain price ranges we are in somewhat of a seller's market. Above 225K it's more of a buyer's market.
