I do not take clients in my car, ever.   And, I'm spoiled with a wonderful husband who keeps the car filled with gas, washed and ready to go.  I try not to have any RE related stuff in the car other than my "Serial Killer Kit" in the back.

I don't put buyers in my car, but still:

 Yes, I am always ready to go.

 Car wash as needed, interior detailing now and then.

 Gas up weekly at Costco, with occasional $10 or $20 stops elsewhere during the week.

I just vaccuumed out the door spots (holders) in my car the other day lol. There is a problem with dog hair, ugh.

Ha! I was just thinking I need to get my car washed to take a buyer out this weekend! No, I don't have a regular routine. Usually my husband gets it washed for me.  :)

I keep my real estate paraphenalia in the back of my SUV, but the passenger areas are always free of any clutter and stuff.

No. Those people will quickly find out that I wasn't sitting around doing nothing waiting for their call.

My husband would have a very quick "NO" response to this and I guess I need to agree...  The fuel light was on yesterday with  ---- miles to empty.  I do have monthly unlimited car washes available but the interior could use a detail.  Thankfully, I can't remember the last time a client was in my car (company policy ya know).  :)

Typically ever week we don't have rain I car wash & fuel up on Saturday mornings. I walk to work most days, so I go 10 days-2 weeks on a tank.

I never really have too last minute notice, 1-2 hours notice is last minute I suppose.

I'm always surprised how many agents miss the opportunity to build the relationship and understand the buyer with conversations that occur in the car. But, I'm old school real estate in that regard.

Yes, my car is always neat and clean and reasonably fueled, but I don't have a regular routine. I buy fuel as needed and have car washed as needed.

I do not wash my car (outside) as often as I should but the inside is always clean and ready. And I never get the gas get low. But I also very rarely have buyers in my car.

Clients do not ride with me.

I almost ran out of gas once.  Never again . I plan ahead.  My real estate car is where I live but can be cleaned out and ready to show.

On occasion, we did thake clients, however, most of our clients met us at buildings or store we were selling or leasing.  Even today, we keep our car clean and fueled.  We enjoy seeing it clean and shiny.  A

I'm always ready to go - if my car isn't perfect, I'll give myself a few minutes to spiff it up before seeing a buyer!

Well Lucky has pretty much trashed the back part of my car because of all the trips to the dog park in the snow. That's really my fault, though. I can't wait for the longer days, so I will have some daylight left when I get home to do things like clean out my car. 

Not as consistently as I should, the good news is I do not have this problem, because every buyer has to be pre-approved and by appointment only for me to have them be driven around by me, Endre

Most of the time but lucky for me a car wash and a gas station are close by.

I have not taken my car to show homes with clients in ages.

We drive separate vehicles. Most people prefer to pick their homes and needing your service.

I don't drive clients around in my car.. I don't want to confuse what I do and don't do. 

It was always a struggle for me to have gas in my car!

I filled and cleaned both cars, and yes, I like only clean cars, but there are times have to plan the night before getting gas.

Have it ready at all times.

Usually I don't give clients a ride. My vehicle stays clean minus the dog hair and mobile office I carry.  Gas? Hate to admit  I've been caught a few times on less than enough fuel and had to make a stop.  My route used to include driving by a store on the access road. Not now,  but I'm working on this. 

Nope. But I should. One never knows when that special call might come in.

No.  If need be I can be ready to go in a half hour to an hour.  I have a two-seater, so very rarely do I have someone in my car.

 Generally speaking, my car is clean and ready for just about anything.  

However, I do not take last minute buyers out.  My tours are planned and scheduled. My car is ready to go at that time.

I do not have a routine.

My dad always 'preached' that a car should never go below half-tank...  Way back, I guess it was bad for the engine when the fuel tank got too low and it kicked up residue on the bottom of the tank.  Well fast forward to today...I can still hear my dad's voice any time my tank is approaching the halfway mark...
