It doesn't affect us here in Charlotte, but closer to the ocean it might, although it's cooler there at spring break time than in Florida.

It affects Oklahoma City a bit with families gone. Many ladies who spin calss with me on Frdiay morning weren't there and calsses will be smaller next week.

Reminds me of our city council, in a college town with 10,000 good college kids they focus on the half dozen bad ones and impose very restrictive laws to clearly discriminate against college kids.

Yes.  Many families in my area head down to your state, Florida, for the March break which is starting tonight.  Enjoy all of the Canadians!!!  We will enjoy a lighter rush hour for the week but it will still last for up to three hours in the morning and another three hours in the evening.

Not much effect on our market, unless parents want to shop while kids are away.

My city is not a spring break worthy destination. 

For us, spring break means tourists and potential buyers. We don't have added crime like they would in Florida. It is an opportunity to work with new clients.

No, nothing crazy in L.A. area. My son just had his vacation and I really enjoyed him staying with us the whole week.

Spring Break does not effect us in Denver area.

Um PCB is not seeing that kind of spring break traffic any more - wer're now advertised as a family friendly location

Families with children are either out of town OR off work to care for the kiddies so it's a wash for us in NJ.

Thankfully we have a very minimal spring break visitors around my area.

Fred - Spring break where I live in Arizona is not a real destination for the younger crowd. We mainly get people coming here for Spring Training, and they are usually an older crowd.

No effect on the Minot ND market Fred Griffin . Our High Schoolers only get a 4 day weekend and I'm not aware of any of our University students that head your way either.

We have SXSW festivities and downtown Austin is a zoo!!

No, it does get a little quiet around here when the University of Delaware is on spring break.  It doesn't really impact the real estate market though.

I saw a show on Panama City and how they are looking to change. I think that as generations have changed so have the issues and lack of respect

Disney had trouble with Grad night similar to Spring Breaks...The solution to is lay down the law and enforce it...There is no excuse for this behavior

We own in Destin and the locals hate spring break because the unsupervised kids go wild and have destroyed many properties. It seems every year the new group tries to out do last year's group with outlandish behavior. That said, Destin is not as bad as Panama City for attracting the kids.

No we don't seem to have that particular issue, or if we do I have missed it. There are issues with crowds on the beaches at the holidays, especially July 4th

Yes it does, we have had one college wave already and they will be gone this Sunday.  The next wave is on their way.  And I just saw a bus from our town taking on a group of UCSB college taking a group to Las Vegas...
