I suppose that depends also on your definition of "worked" with but I consider communicating information to them that leads to closings to be working with them... most work done with sellers is NOT in person or necessarily even involving them directly at all. But by your question of face to face I believe 3 or 4 is likely the most I can imagine having done in a single day

I never offer more than 2.5 hours to any buyer in a day unless they are from out of town/state and on limited time.

My average for a Saturday is 4, today is 3.

Do not really work with buyers any more. Taking way too long to get them to commit writing a contract. Most die hard buyers are frustrated with the what is on the market and the stellar asking and absurd sold prices.
