Why can't I request a referral? I am logged in and whenever I respond to a referral, it says I must be logged in. Help!!

I would go to the leaderboard, based on the state and the county and find an agent yourself. It's a great way to find the best person for the job! I don't believe the referral network is functioning currently.

Be aware of the Spam referrals. You need to validate agents phone# , eMail etc. There has been a lot of phony baloney going on. Hey I am Sam from California I have an all cash buyer wanting an estate in your area. CLICK this for full disclosure after you log in type in your email ID, and password you lost your identity.

Some agents are kind enough on their website to tell you to watch out. Other agents do not give a hoot!
