I actually purchase mine off of eBay Steve Irwin , I've gotten them for as low as $2.00 each when purchasing them in lots of 100, I am talking about corrugated plastic signs and they have served me well.

Jack Pratt & BuildASign are both great!

I am a big fan of Jack Pratt Signs. They are in my hometown but their quality is extremely high. Check out their website. They are the long lasting signs I have ever bought.

Lowen or Dee Signs. Prices vary depending on the material used.

I like Jack Pratt signs. You can go custom or buy one of their ready made logos. 

There are lots of vendors out there... Dee Signs, Aztec, Build-A-Sign. If you google the term you'll find something that fits your budget, I'm sure.

Those are not commonly used in my market. We use the sign posts in the yard and the sign hangs from the post.  I believe you are talking about the kind that is wired and sticks into the ground - right?

I just got signs from Deesigns, and frames from Aztec. Jack Pratt has better prices on frames. Sign panels prices vary. I've had some custom signs made at out local Sign-a-rama store.

I've started using PrintSecret. I placed on order on a Monday and had my custom signs delivered by Friday. Before I ordered I had some questions and the staff there was super friendly. I bought both open house signs and for sale signs. The bulk discounts saved me a lot of money!

My brokerage provides signs and posts and uses a service to install them. For open house directional signs, I use Reichert Signs - a company based in Southern California.  They have other products available beyond the directional signs.  

We use Lowen.. have since 1976. Would be nice to round up the costs for the metal step in, tack on and to compare price with quality. Shipping can eat you up and asking for another option, a different carrier helps save money. They don't unless you push back. We order 100 at a time.
