The pre-1990 customers still exist and we reach them the same way we did  then. Direct mail and phone canvassing gets results but many associates avoid these methods these days. The main ingredients to success are planning and tracking all marketing then  different picture will appear..

Publish a mini magazine with all of our listings and information about the company, and distribute via direct mail, for one thing. Many more things. Most of us remember what it was like before the internet became a necessity. And most of us never stopped with the low tech stuff anyway. Because it works.

Print, relocation notifications/flyers, door-to-door flyer delivery, direct mail...the same things we did pre-internet, most of which we still do today (in addition to the internet)!

I would do what i did in the old days. The local newspaper and monthly real estate magazines. Also by word of mouth as neighbors often know people who want to be their neighbors

     If I had a buyer who could not get online, I would print images from the MLS onto good old-fashioned paper, and snail mail it to them.

We would still put up a sign ( where allowed), do just listed postcards, network with other agents who may have buyers for the property, open houses, broker opens. 

We would also ( which we don't do now) put an ad in the homes and land magazine.

Newspaper ads, post cards, flyers to other offices, magazines, maybe sign on car?, wear name badge more often, ads on placemats in restaurants, sponsor a little league baseball/sports team, etc.

One can be just as effective with traditional face to face interaction which works just as good. The technology Z, Trula, RF often do not have added value.  We could order car dealer cost ordering a report by mail and haggled with sales manager and it worked almost as good. Do you see closure of dealership, parking lot because of internet?  Heck, no.
