DON'T DO IT. There are so many scam companies out. A legitimate asset company won't ask you for money. 

I do not. Never heard of the company.  Whatever you do get their "deal" in writing and be prepared to lose it.  They have bigger pockets than you do, I would imagine, and fighting them to get the money they owe you will be time-consuming and costly. 

NO NO and NO as there is NO reason to give them a credit card. Preservation when done correctly, is either managed by the agent who pays their own vendors knowing first hand the work is done. If it is a national preservation, the company pays them direct not the agent. Preservation is never reimbursed on the HUD ever

You should not have to provide a CC for consideration to list REOs. EVER!
I've listed dozens upon dozens of them and never had to pay a dime. EXCEPT when, long ago, I spent money on 5 Star Certification (Google it) that generated no listings.
To get REO listings, you have to establish a relationship with the asset managers for the banks you want to work with.
Learn from my mistake and keep your credit card in your wallet. (I should be listening to my own advice when it comes to shopping. LOL)

       I would be very hesitant to give my CC to people who contacted me.  If you proceed, I would suggest using a throw-away credit card that cannot be charged monthly.

Hmm, seems like they are looking for someone to fund the repairs which should be them! It's their asset. They are asking you to be their bank & I wouldn't send it unless you find others that are working with them.

When working REO's you do have to cover the costs yourself until close.

No, but I wouldn't pay anything upfront. My general attitude is: if they are so confident I will succeed based on their system (or whatever they're pushing), they should trust me to pay them out of my first sale when it happens!
