We're having a cold snap this week along the River! Highs around 70. Unlikely to last much longer. I advise people that want to buy without true knowledge of the area (because it's beautiful and fun on vacation) to rent through an entire summer season -- then decide if they want to buy here.

It gets HOT -- and in monsoon season, hot AND humid.

Fred, it's currently 35 degrees here in West Lafayette and I have my office window open enjoying the fresh, gelid air!!!

When it is hot I run the AC if the home has AC. When it is cold I run the heater. It just makes sense to do so.  

I have myy pellet stove cranking.... my family room is 79 today.... love it.

It beats snow, wind chill and lots of sweaters and coats...We are experiencing a cold front for the next week, love 35-39, High 59-61.  Most Easterners think it is Spring...they are the one with shorts and flipflops.  The locals are wearing sweaters and boots.  LOL A

77 on Tuesday and 37 on Wednesday.

We are a long way from the 80's in Chicago. Hit the low 60's the other day. Next day we had a high in the 30's. We are saving the AC!

NOPE, we have natural A/C - only in the 30's today, and still have the white stuff on the ground!

Nice!  We're in a cold spell out here.  Mid 60s during the day and upper 30s to lower 40s at night.  Brrr!  Ski caps, gloves and thick jackets to go outside at night.

We ran our air conditioning last weekend when it got to 80. It is crazy weather.

I'm freezing here in CA! We have 60 max these days. and 40 at night. Soooo cold!

I'm better off telling them when I turn the AC off. That seems to only happen 3 or 4 days a year.

Even in Miami I don't run AC all the time in the "winter".  We had sunny 70's in CT yesterday, it was glorious!

We have a chilly and damp afternoon in Maryland.

Many of our residents are moving to Florida.

I live in Arizona.... enough said.

It's actually 47 degrees in Carmel-by-the-Sea with a little rain this morning and more forecast for next week. Quite a chance from earlier in February wen the weather was in the 70s. But that's California!

Florida real estate marketing:  Sell them on weather in the winter, spring and early summer.  Sell them on the winters when mid and late summer arrives!

Are you nuts Fred? People are leaving IL in droves (which is good for biz) but we never mention the weather here. We just had 6" of rain the other day/
