Some lenders must have taken a class somewhere as a a number of them all doing the exact same thing by setting up unsolicited appointments.
A couple of weeks, I would get telemarketing calls to make appointments for me with lenders...
Comes and goes.

Nothing unusual. It seems cyclical to me. Stay focused.

HAHAHAHAH!
They know better.
I did, however, get a coffee cup from a loan officer we have a deal going with . . . I was like EYEROLL till I saw the cup. I love it! It's a bright red-orange and totally goes with my kitchen. Good job, Heather! <3

I say good for them for getting out of their comfort zone and asking for business. If you're ignoring opportunities with lenders, you're also ignoring their steady stream of pre-approved buyers.

Mostly emails and calls, no one wants to waste time in L.A. traffic to set personal appointments.

No. I have a steady stream from the ones I've made contact with over the years, but thankfully no new ones. I guess being mostly a listing agent helps.

If you are in front of a lot realtors they will be flooded. Most lenders move around more often than realtors. I personally prefer to work with in house lenders, easier.

They do this from time to time. Our lenders are overly busy and not caling.

I guess they are being BOLD then. There should be an internet warning when they get out of that thing. Same with the family reunion.
None so far are bothering me.
