I think you should get right to the message. Maybe do the logo with the phone # for 3 to 5 secs top & get to it.
Type of music makes a difference also.

Generally, if you can have an audience to your video continue watching for 50 seconds that's ideal. My preferred subject is the property I'm trying to sell and the branding falls at the end if I've completed my editing properly. You have only a few seconds to reel anyone in and self promotion doesn't sit well with many.

Six seconds for an intro if it's even necessary. I have never understood why some videos have musical intros to begin with and 22 seconds is ridiculous. If they don't get to the point right away, I'm gone.

Depends on the video. Most videos entirely should be no longer than 30 seconds - the average attention spam today!

Fred Griffin The intro should be short and sweet. The contact information should be placed at the end of the video.

Thanks Jeff Dowler You want to give a bit of information as videos help you establish a connection with the audience. Example Quick Open slide - 3-6 seconds of your Brokerage and Name - Quick on camera, I'm Debb, today we're looking at another great spot to find ViewHomes in Clark County, WA." ( Or whatever) Short and sweet, but you want your viewers to like you - if you're not there, they won't get a feel for your personality. However, with that said, the worse thing you can do is stare at the camera and talk and talk and talk. It's not that interesting. Get to the story and the value of the video as quickly as possible - or they'll be gone, gone, gone. D
