Hi Tony and Susanne, Are you asking about Everydoor Direct rates including the postcard or are you asking about first class postal mail including the postcard?  The difference in cost is remarkable and you can mail a much larger postcase using EVDD compared to 1st class and the cost for the EVDD is actually less.

I don't do postcards mailing, but I am open to learning more about it. Is it working for any of you? Please advise!

Barabara is the direct mail specialist.  I'd suggest EDDM or talking to a company that specializes in this type of mailing, as Ron and Alexandra Seigel said.

Last I checked it was around .42

EDDM (Every door direct mail), is 17.8 cents plus the cost of printing. You can mail a postcard up to 12x15 inches with 5,000 pieces to your zip codes of choice. A more managable size is 9x12 not risking that the mailman would fold it. The next day you can do another 5,000 pieces.

I never get close to that many postcards but I believe Click2Mail gets you going in B &W for under 40 cents, albeit with 25,000 pieces weekly.

Never used Direct Mail

I have an agent that says the return is good enough to continue sending.

I have not mailed more than 300 at a time.

I've never done a mailing of this magnitude so I don't have a clue. Sorry.

Probably can't help, I send much smaller mailings.

That is a lot of mail and postage. The most I have ever mailed was 1,000. 

10,000 x.30 = $3,000  , now what ROI is acceptable ???

10,000 that would be impressive weekly! 

EDD around 20c.  (5000 pieces)

Quantum Mail around 46c. (500 pieces)

From my home office around $1.13 including postage, printing and prepping. (100 or less pieces)

I wouldn't have a clue.  I've never sent that many.

I do not do DM.

EDDM (USPS) is by far the cheapest.

(And it is not even in thousands! It is about 400 mailers only.)

I'd like to see, and most likely it has already happened, the ROI for huge scale post card mailings. I belive Barbara commented on this but those now doing big mailings perhaps you could chime in with some results.

I use Impact Marketing and Corefact, (great product) but Corefact customer service sucks.
