Yes I have passed it out on occasion with the instructions. They are hard to comeby. 'How to do it' is one of my top posts here on AR.

I do have a good story about St. Joe .... my aunt buried it & he killed the bush a few months later. No mention of that happening in the instructions.

I've not offered one nor have I had a seller request one. I did have one seller who buried her own and the house sold almost immediately afterwards after sitting on the market for a while during the downturn. I figure it can't hurt. Our Realtor Store at our association sells them.

We cleaned up the statue when the house sold.

The home owner felt they played a critical role in the process. And of course they did.

Not personally but one seller did after the home sat on the market for a couple of months. Several days later it sold. I believe our local AOR has them for sale in their store.

You bet!  St. Joe helped me with a vacant luxury property in a gated community that needed updates and had languished on the market.  It sold shortly thereafter.  Just sayin.
