If I could waive my magic wand... I'd make NAR a member focused organization that doesn't waste money on $1,000 chairs and giant office buildings and stays out of politics (as in the Pant-suit Clinton keynote speech or the anti-Trump bias), yet fights for it's members.

RE became too complex. There is a form for everything. The closed files contain hundreds of pages of signed forms and reports. Most of them are advisories, and we do have a lot of advisories in CA...
