Agents can provide far better service than a franchise that lacks (a) Insight into the local market & the rationale behind the scenes, when it comes to pricing, neighborhoods, upgrades or work to be done, buyer sentiment, rates, etc etc etc (b) Agents are the equivalent of Project managers on a site; we make sure that all the forms are in place & sent to where they need to go, we make the followup calls & drive the transaction, (c) Agents are always smoothing out problems as we go, ever have a real estate deal without issues? Our experience is a huge asset to our clients, keeping deals from falling apart (d) we're a great source of local information for people just arriving in town - and if you treat me nicely I just might take you to a  local restaurant, the list goes on & on why, our MLS has access to ALL the listings - even Zillow can't say that, there are plenty agents opting out of putting their listings on Zillow, so you don't miss anything when you have an agent, I could write a book about all we do.
