Showing requests went onto my Google calendar Peter Mohylsky, South Walton . I never kept any feedback other than I'd phone it into the Seller immediately and then I'd forget it.

Via ShowingTime - it keeps it organized for me but, I don't automate the feedback to the sellers. I proof & then send. Some sellers are a little bit more thin-skinned than others!

I don't request feedback, although it would be nice if agents called after showing a lot just to say we walked the lot today, but buyer didn't like it, or buyers still wants to llok at other lots in area. Most feedback on hones is usually vague bs like " the home showed well", or " the floor plan wasn't quite right".

The seller says, It's been really slow."

I print the report that shows 11 showings and feedback and 2 offers received, notes of our conversation throughout the past week. Not so slow.

Seller says, "Oh."

I handle showing requests personally via text, phone or email and track them with Supra since I use ELB on all listings. Feedback is like a moving target, most agents give generic responses if they respond at all.

Another vote for Centralized Showing. It is a big plus during a listing presentation.

I point out the big franchise offices who are only open 8-5 and limited weekend hours for buyer agents to set showing appointments.

With CSS agents can set appointments extended hours and 24 hours a day online.

Sellers get the advantage and I get the listing. Win – win.
