Like most here I have never paid for leads.

However, I do appreciate Annette's experience and perspective on this and have seen some people in my market who do well with the Z leads, though I do wonder if they are paying more than they get for all of these mediocre leads.

I've never heard of these people and I don't suggest paying for leads. Take that money to develop your own leads.

Yes, I do have experience with ML and subscribed to their services for several years. 

As others who have no experience with ML offered, it is always better to create your own lead generation resources.

What I found is one could spend inordinate time chasing vapors on ML. As my experience grew, I identified the 'triggers' on ML that identified NOW is the time for follow up. This allowed ML to be used very passively, pursuing only the 5 Star leads and leaving me the band width to develop my own lead generation services.

Be aware, contrary to overwhelming commentary, ALL of these lead  programs work, they just don't work for everyone. The variable is the agent.

I am a retired Broker/Owner and I've never seen an agent succeeded by purchasing leads. If you want to succeeded get out there in your community and press the flesh.

I have decided not to spend my money buying leads. There are so many other ways to get leads without breaking the bank oe believing my money spent on leads was going to result in ROI.  IMHO
