Initially, my blogging structure was rather ramshackle with lots of starts/stops before I focused on market reports combined with specific property updates. Along the way, I think I read that there was a reason behind showing some diversity in posts so I included those on occasion as well.

I took a year away from posting and returned by putting my random thoughts into words quite frankly more for me but the interaction continues to be rewarding.  Just in a different way now.

I am not structured. My blog is not dear diary. If I have a new listing, sell one, or have something to say that I feel someone might want to hear, that's when. And that's what.

Pretty structured.  1st day of the month, market snapshot.  Tuesdays:  Ask An Ambassador.  6 other days of the month:  market reports.  Also a move-in ready patio home update for one of the area builders.  That leaves me about 1/2 the month to write to whatever topic I think needs addressed.

When I was gunning for the free account, I had my market reports that I posted every Thursday because that was usually a less busy day on the schedule.

Now I just post whatever, whenever.  No structure and no desire or one.

A little of both. Sometimes I get a call for a consult and that inspires the post. There are some topics that are structured and scheduled. Given that I write and post all my own content, there are times "scheduled" does not happen.

Structured:  I publish market reports 1 or 2 times a month mainly driven by new listings or sold activity. This schedule is nearly always supplemented with opportunity blogs related to what has been detected by the radar of home owners.

And of course, if its in the news and related to the lives of those in the community, it may be worth a blog.

What would cause me to deviate?  A gourmet cupcake.

I am not that regimented. I am more 'off the cuff' I guess. I pick things that come up in my area & try to fill in the blanks on subjects.

At the beginning of the month, I know I have to start the market reports so that is structured I guess.

I like to use a mix. Mondays i write my Monday market report and then during the week i write about my experiences. I mix in market reports about popular local condo complexes in between. It has been working well.

In general, I'm not structured, although I do always do a market report early in the month. Otherwise, I just post whatever I feel like posting when I feel like writing.

Well I"ve been off my past history of doing market reports or anything much else for that matter. We've had other things going on that needed our attention but one of these days I'll be back in the grove.

I've been off the cuff for years. But, I'm working on a more coordinated plan with my Podcast/Blog/Marketing so I must become structured in that vein.

When I was active, my blogging was NOT structured. I wrote about whatever I felt was pertinent at the time.

After retirement, I found "theme day" blogging was much easier because I wasn't IN the market every day.

Blogging should be something done with a purpose and have meaning to the blogger.  Being regimented comes across as robotic in my opinion.

Mine is whatever has happened recently around me that I beliieve needs to be told. The only structure I have is that I try to connect whatever is going on around me to Real Estate. Sometimes it works...and sometimes it doesn't.

Rotation with more frequent hot topics to stock the blogging shelves to round robin. Then filliing in tied to national trends and local happenings custom made to your market. The what it is like where you live as the local insider living here makes you and I shine way way brighter in search engine indexing than RTZ that are out of touch with your community flavor. It is not tied to the day of the week but which blogging platform you are hunting and pecking on. One site we manage is heavier on buying Maine land and everything that entails broken into blogging posts. Owner financing, developing waterfront land, farming soils and woodlot management plans, recreational build your own cabins off grid, etc. Another is purely living in Maine travel channel fun, no real estate. Our blue site is buying a home topic and here are the resources heavy. Lighter on the land blog posts to hit different audience demographic targets. Your images, your video, it is not just words that a blog contains and make them optimize and all over local to be found by the public, the search engines. Do you just blog real estate real estate or is it obvious where you live, what you like about the area where all the listings you peddle are on the planet? Do you instantly know where most AR bloggers are from town and state? It should be obvious from what they post. Don't leave it to the chamber of commerce and be the local cub reporter excited about where you live.. promote that too!
