July 3, at midnight I will be in the crowd for the start of the "MidNight Run," a 10K I have been a part of for 20 years. I'll be able to say the 1st thing I did July 4th was run a 10K. I have my goal set at 47 minutes. Let's see how that turns out.

Well, today is the first day of summer. Schedules have changed in such a way that we feel summer is over before it even begins. Some year round schools will begin the new school year next week. Others will begin in August. It's crazy!
