I paid for Goldmine about $1900 around 1996 I own it and kept the list. Went to other shops along the way and they keep the list so no so good that your old company peers pick off the clients with constant contact... I need to write a 100000 word post which I will do for you later

I do not use a third-party CRM.  What I use I created with the tools and resources I already have. No need to pay more money.

I was a user of TP since the floppy disk days back in the late 90's. But since they decided to promote version X from 8i and discontinue the use of the E-mail Server (meaning I lose my long use email address) and then I discovered that all the emails that were attached to my contacts data were gone - that was the last straw and I moved on! 

Guess they didn't like have a long loyal user that obviously paid their bill... LOL

So I move over to Wise Agent and so far very happy with the features!

I have Top Producer 8I and have not received a notice of an increase in the price yet.  I will have to bite the bullet and pay whatever they charge as it's too late in my career t learn a new system and to transfer all of my database.  I would most likely lose all of the notes of twenty-five years.  The calendar too.

I always used Microsoft Outlook Joan Cox . Outlook does a million things most people don't know about (or have time to figure out) but it is an amazing program and did a great job for me for CRM.

We use kvCORE and our agents have had good success with this CRM.

Hi Joan! Like Thomas J. Nelson, REALTOR ® e-Pro CRS RCS-D Vets, I'm a Buffini fan and love Referral Maker. I also previously had TP and was paying over $100/month when I had it. Since then, I've had 2 or 3 others, all of which I liked SO much more than TP! I had been caught in a long-term trap and had no idea how much better it could be out there!

FUB & IXACT are also very affordable and either would be my second choice.

I use the KW CRM and it works great for me as a solo agent. It connects to Dotloop and Docusign and it is flawless when it comes to sending documents to our Market Center Administrator to close out our files. My transaction coordinator likes it as well. I don't use all the components of it yet.

However, before that I used Follow Up Boss. I like a CRM that is instinctive. and saves me time. 

So happy to be retired, parked and reading for curiosity. This has been a big issue for years.

I am surprised that TP is still in business, with declining subscribers it does take a higher tax on those who remain.
