I monitor my assets and am aware of their value. Yes, I would sell...soon

I'm a real estate agent.  I KNOW what my house is worth in any given month. And would I sell it today? Nope.  

Am aware of potential property value and we have no intention of selling, ever. We have a property worth stay-cationing rather than traveling to others places! Would love to have you as a neighbor, BB!

I know its value and would only consider selling it if it was the last resort.

My house was worth 3X what I paid for it 6 years later.
It was worth 'slightly more than I paid' for it 10 years later.
It is now once again worth 3X what I paid for it 6 years after that.
That's called 'artificial funny money values'  . . .
What matters to me is that I have the tiniest sliver of debt I could pay off in 3 seconds if I wanted, and virtually all equity . . . some will again evaporate.
The home I built with my late husband is wayyyy too precious for me to even consider selling . . . the only thing that could ever change my mind is if too many new residents threaten to turn our state into something we left Cali for 30 years ago . . . and then I'll be living down the road from BB Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can! LOL

I am not interested in selling my house right now.

I do know the value of my home and have no plans to sell it at any price ... at least not now. 

Yes, I have wondered and yes, I am selling.  It is my last California property and it is time to let it go.  It might be less value than it was four months ago, but prices are still acceptable and probably better than they will be in another few months. 

I never wonder what my home is worth in every market because I keep track of the market every day. And no, no intention of selling at this time.

I would sell it in a minute if some fool would pay me what Zillow says it's worth. The buyers would no doubt be represented by an out-of-town agent (if they are represented at all) who hasn't a clue what our market values are. It's laughable.

No and no, With a "no' for the second question it makes the first question moot.

I have been in my house for decades so the value is much more than I paid to buy it. The value has declined as the market has softened. I have no plans to sell. That could change as life continues to unfold.

I got a bank appraisal last year and my home price had doubled since we built it. And no, I don't care what it's worth. I'm not selling.

I've never given it a thought nor am I interested in selling William.

I know what my home's worth, and I'm not selling because I'd have to trade my 2.875% for something far higher in today's climate : ) 

No plans to sell but when I do than I will wonder what's it worth.

Generally no, but it is fun to look at once in a while.  Looked at it last year after I finished some major remodeling.  3x in value from when I bought it 12 years ago.

No, would not sell.  I'd end up with a 3x property tax bill any place I went to and this one is almost paid off.  Would certainly buy another investment home, if I could get it at the right price.

I don't wonder, I know! It's an investment to me and like other investments, I keep up with the value. 

That said, if someone offered me twice what my home is worth, you're darned skippy I'd sell - as much as I absolutely love where I live!

Knowing a homes value is likely the most important facet to understand and be successful in this business. Even more so when it's your own property. The reasons to sell are getting very close to outweighing the hold reasons.

I check on it occasionally, my wife wont let me sell it until we find something we like better though.

I'm a real estate broker with 30 years experience of course I know the value of my house.  And no I wouldn't sell it today because I haven't built my last house yet and I only want to move ONE more time.

Yes I know my house value but no I have no interest in selling it.  Love it here and my intentions are to stay right where I am.  It's all good.

I have a pretty good idea, but we are not sellers.

Considering I just sold the apartment next to mine which is the near mirror image to my own apartment...yes I know what my apartment is worth. There are lots of adjustments to be made. While the value is significantly above what I paid (and would now need to worry about capital gains taxes if I sold), it's worth about 10% less than prior to Covid. That said, I don't see the value dropping too much more since we didn't have the price spikes that took place in many parts of the nation.  If I were to sell, it would have nothing to do with the market, and would be due to some sort of life change. 

I know exactly any given moment how much my and housing around are worth. I have no intention to sell mine any time soon but would be happy to sell yours:)
