I know a lot of agents that use it and swear by it. I recently sat through a demo and I'm considering it, but my web designer is thinking I can replicate it through my own website and is looking into it first. In the meantime I use a similar technology with a QR code and CoreFact direct mail postcards.

The consumer seems to like it and engage with it. That's what I like about it. What I don't like is the values (like most CRMS) aren't always correct. It's a problem when you have to tell your client their value is lower than what they think you sent them.

Consumers love it when it tells them their home value is climbing, and hate it when it tells them values are falling ; )
It's a really good way to add value to your database with a hands off approach, and it is VERY engaging - the engagement and open rates on Homebot's monthly emails are exponentially higher than just about any other form of email marketing in the current market. I like a lot of things about the platform, my clients love it, and my agent partners love it because it keeps people away from Zillow and the other REtech companies trying to steal their customers away.
BUT - all that said, like so many Fintech companies, now that they're established they're changing their pricing model and forcing users to adapt to a less beneficial pricing setup, which could end up pushing me to another provider eventually.
