No change bur my prediction is that we will see a .25 drop prior to the election (election motivated)  but a bump next year, several if not just one.

No change as long as they can. Will political pressure force a rate reduction this year is the better question. And it is looking more unlikely in the current economy.

Regardless of what they do, the rates will still be high and many home owners will stay in place to take advantage of their low mortgage interest rates.
