Rest, Relax & Recharge for a busy week starting Tuesday.

I am making birria tacos! First time giving it a shot . . . one of my LA friends talking about it being a desert island thing, then went to a taco place and tried for the first time (where have I been!) and OMG! SOLD!

I've never used my pressure cooker LOL LOL LOL so I had to get training!

Breakfast is a custom granola mix, topped with extra roasted almonds, walnuts, fresh blackberries, blueberries & raspberries. This holds me until

Dinner

Slow roasted smoked turkey legs, roasted baked potato, butter green olives, fresh romaine leaf's, tomato & cucumber MR Will Hamm 

3rd optional meal

Some extra toasty cheese its, fresh fruit & a dry apricot. Sometimes I swap out cheese its for ancient smelt Matzoh with tomato paste & Italian/pizza seasonings.

I might eat out tomorrow.  Closing the office, taking a personal day and going to get some deferred chores done.  This summer a lot of things "waited" because my husband had shoulder surgery and was out of commission for the honey do list for a while.

We are going to make some brats on the grill and serve them in warm buns with sautéed onions and spiced mustard along with a little potato salad. 

Probably nothing that I want.

fish and chicken.  Pretty much what's always on the menu at my house.

Yesterday:  Spent almost 12 hours at a ham radio expo with my local club, helping the with setup, operation, and tear down.

Today: Emptying the car of all the stuff from yesterday's expo.  Going shooting with a friend.  We also had a tenant move out yesterday, so there is some checking on the property today and maintenance tasks to be performed and scheduled.  Also had a call from a perspective renter for that home, so will be following up once the cleaners are scheduled.  Also lots of first of the month tasks to do and some end of the month ones I didn't get done yet.

Tomorrow: Probably cleaning the house up some.  Not really sure, haven't thought that far yet.  LOL.

Same as every other day ... lots of vegetables.  Today will be mostly food prep for the coming week which will be a busy week.

I am sure it will be something good.

Today is a Sunday so I made my normal homemade pizza (dough, sauce homemade) and we had company so I made two.

Tomorrow we have nothing planned so we shall see!

Leaning towards grilling some pollo asada...

Had chicken on the grill Friday, half of a steak last night on the grill, and just barely through my coffee, so have no idea for today.   May go out, don't feel like cooking today.

Smoked ribs and corn on the cob - yummy!

Fried Rice with lots of Veggies and chicken, 2nd night is steak with noodles and salad.  Just good eats!!

We're having an Impossible Meatloaf, Corn on the Cob & Mashed Potatoes tonight.  Happy Labor Day all!!!
