Hello Karen,  that is not something I would do because it feels desperate. The entire concept of "Black Friday" continues to be diluted.

No, I've thought of that as too gimmicky plus people shopping for those deals are usually at Walmart or Amazon and not looking at homes.  :)

 Will this go into MLS remarks?  Or perhaps an email blast to your favorite Realtors?

 

If you have interested clients in the subject property, a personal call might get them to pull the trigger.

 

As Bob Crane mentioned, what if someone says, "I want to do this next week instead of Friday November 29, will you still make that deal?"  Are you willing to say, "Yes"?

I wouldnt, Black Friday is designed to promote lost leaders to drive people through the door.

Most will wonder why you can offer this deal on the property on this day and not everyday.

And others will just be annoyed that another non retail business is flooding their email with junk.

I would definitely promote those concessions, I certainly understand the motivation and need of a limited time frame for such an offer but the Black Friday thing seems much too time limited and gimmicky(?) for me to consider.
