I'm seeing prices leveling and an increase in price drops and DOM increasing.

The Condominium market in Florida is taking a serious hit. Sales are way down, thanks to rising insurance costs, plus staggering condo fees due to inspection and repair mandates that were put in place after the Surfside Condo collapse in year 2021.
A couple of Florida areas that are booming (not my neighborhood, unfortunately) include the multi-million dollar homes markets in Palm Beach and Manalapan, and on the Gulf side of Florida, Naples.
Even Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach is seeing all-time record prices for beachfront homes.
Many very wealthy people from New York and Connecticut (who are tired of the Taxation and politics in those States) are moving to Florida!

Seems pretty close to what I am seeing where I am. Prices are still growing. More than I thought they would.

The WSJ does a broad commentary, but nothing compares to an agent, title rep, escrow, etc., as to knowing what is really going on Buzz Mackintosh in their neck of the woods. I treat it as an opinion nothing more

Home prices in the Northeastern corner of Massachusetts, where I live, are wicked crazy and are wreaking havoc on people's property taxes.

I am seeing fewer, but more qualified buyers. Fewer sellers are willing to do what it takes to get the house in marketable condition to support the price they require. Strange market, but just another day in real estate.

Good morning Buzz! This article says housing in Colorado is flat or falling- this is partially true in many of the metro areas- particularly down in Denver, however- up in the mountains where I am (Bailey, Conifer, Evergreen) housing prices are continuing to rise, though they have definitely started stabilizing over this month without a significant increase!

It is somewhat similar, but like Fred Griffin Florida Real Estate said, here in Florida. I have noticed a lot of people from the South Florida want to move to mid Florida and others that can afford the Lake or Beach front are buying there.

Prices are still rising, but at a much lower rate. And inventory has shot up year over year.

See lots of local sales from Florida and Texas especially right now and prices continue to increase while supply remains tight. On and off the shelf inventory problem Buzz Mackintosh in rural Maine. We are experiencing normalization for the first time in years. Prices and buyer activity are up in Manhattan- but it's an uneven recovery. Smaller apartments are not selling across most of the city. New construction condo sales has slowed a bit- but resale condos have increased a bit. I think the spread between condos and co-op's will continue to widen as buyer's don't like the restrictions of co-op's- and the buyers that have been active in the market are more affluent on the whole- buying all cash. Because co-op boards can artificially inflate or steady prices- prices will likely hold steady- while condos will appreciate at a greater rate until the spread widens enough that the less affluent buyers will see themselves priced out of condo options.
