NO to using VA in our office.  We had an office assistant to do things for us.  

The VA I used to use was part of a company I vetted. But, I found out I'm old school and want my VA's in SoCal not oversees. I still use a marketing VA service through Buffini & Company, they are in CA.

My assistant comes in to the office.  I'm a control freak, no billing for hours you aren't working from home.

One of our assistants is virtual, went home during covid and never came back into the office, does a great job at working from home so we tolerate it, and even gave her a large raise recently.

I have looked into several VA companies, just cant get past the idea of giving our collection of passwords to someone in a different country, or even someone outside of our office.

A VA is a hard no for me.  As a broker, I am required to audit all files, so it makes no sense to hire a VA when  I can do it better and more efficiently. 

Never used a VA. Did, however, have in office assistants at various times in my career.

Not sure what you're asking, Karen. Are you talking about a VA Loan? If so, contact a reputable lender in your area that can help.

I tried one.  I was advised to try Chat GPT, I found AI was more helpful and that is what I use now.  Questions, get answers, problems get outlines.  I even have it read contracts, as we are changing our forms again for the 9th time this year.  I get answers quickly and the more questions I ask the more details I am given.
