Unfortunately, there's absolutely nothing we can do about people who contact you directly from your contact form through the AR network.  Since they are not members, nor have they created, or requested a profile, we cannot deny that profile, or delete said profile, there is simply nothing to be done.  I've elevated it to our developers, but I'm afraid I know the answer.
