Specifically regarding your first question, no, I wouldn't saddle up to show a property because I'm not good at horseback riding. That being said, I'd certainly put on my boots to show the property and/or ride my side-by-side.

As for whether I'd dress appropriately for the niche I"m focused on, sure!

Yep. There's a horse ranch in my family in Nevada, I've been schooled and my sister is my consultant. 8 acres and 5 horses.
