I haven’t been yet! I’ve been offered qualified leads, an invite from a podcast wanting me as a guest, some AI marketing offers, and a guy who found me on AR claiming interest in having me represent them, but it turned out he actually specializes in creating cinematic CGI walkthrough videos for vacant homes.  Half the time I cringe when the phone rings with a number I don’t recognize. Telemarketing is out of control. Just today, I got a call from someone who sounded exactly like a telemarketer but turned out to be looking to rent out their property.
