Good question Inna. I do most things myself Inna, although utilize tools through Wise Agent my CRM such as drip campaigns, newsletter and targeted marketing by categories. Also utilize tools that I learn about here on the Rain and through my Broker as well. Have to admit using AI for research on RE facts really does make life easier.
