The Florida Department of Education rates Public Schools on several categories.
Even a Buyer with no children, or no plans to send their children to Public Schools, should take a look at those reports. Because Poorly-Ranked Schools may indicate other problems in an area or neighborhood. That can be tested by comparing Crime Stats available from local Law Enforcement.
Does that data affect pricing/value? Most likely it will.
Just be very careful (as a Realtor) not to make disparaging remarks about a School or an area of town - you do not want to say things (especially in writing) that may be perceived as Discrimination.
Let Buyers see the data from the Dept of Education, and the Data from Local Law Enforcement (Sheriff and/or Police), and allow them to draw their own conclusions.
When you are the Seller (or the LA for the Seller), this same data needs to be considered when pricing a house.

I can not speak for FL Joe Manausa - Tallahassee, FL but every school in the Minot Public School District is "Top Notch" so it makes no difference.

I am not in the Florida market Joe Manausa - Tallahassee, FL
In my market, properties in good school districts do impact home values.
It is not necessarily the proximity; it is being within the school district.

It definitely plays a part, but I don't think it adds an overwhelming amount of value since there is a larger audience than just families with school children.

I would have to assume it's high, it sure is here. Many Chicago city people move to the suburbs only for the schools.

Debe Maxwell, CRS actually with The Villages having one of the best charter schools in the state families are moving to the new town The Villages has built called Middleton which is a family friendly development. For years families have moved close to The Villages to have their children attend the schools.

There are two things that often motivate a buyer.
1. Proximity to good schools
2. Commute convenience to employment.

School assignments are a huge consideration for buyers here in the Charlotte Metro. I'm sure it's like that in most areas unless, maybe we're talking about Dick Betts' The Villages! I'm sure they could care less about schools in that community! 🤣

A lot of retirees down there, perhaps schools are not as important as they may be elsewhere.

Joe,
If your target buyer is family, schools, freeway access, retail & parks play a large role in the influencing of sales & purchase plus top dollar too Joe Manausa - Tallahassee, FL

Joe, If it's anything like to Metro Raleigh market then I'd say a lot. Being a big relocation area parents search the internet for anything they can find about schools. Our appraisers finally acknowledged that schools do make a difference in house values.

In Baltimore, we have houses on the same street: one side is city, and the other is county. Taxes are way higher in the city. For those with school-aged children, it is a big difference between city schools and county schools.

In a "normal" residential market, it's always a plus. Depending where in Florida (e.g. in Miami), the buyers might be investors, so they might be indifferent to schools unless they think the resale value might be enhanced (if they think that far ahead!).

It's more of a consideration here for families than for the rest of our population. We are on the beach so have a lot of snowbirds who own second homes and retirees so less important to them.
The interesting thing here is that we have great schools and there are students who travel 30-45 minutes from other local cities to attend our schools due to high ratings and advanced programs. That says a lot abut our schools.
