Just like Bob Crane commented, I’m 14 months into an AI Bootcamp now, and AI has pretty much become a full-time partner/assistant in my business this last year as a result.

About two years ago, AI stopped being just another tool I fumbled with and got promoted from VA to business partner 😂 It now handles a growing list of tasks and projects for me, and the really interesting part is that it has even helped me create a whole new revenue stream through my work as an RCS-D. I actually have "divorce" income I can attribute to it in 2026.

That’s been the biggest eye-opener for me...AI isn’t just saving me time anymore. It’s actually helping me grow the business in ways I wasn’t doing before. 

A deep dive into putting AI on the team.

It is hard to isolate one thing, Inna Ivchenko because this year has been a year of shift and change. If I had to choose one thing, it would be embracing and utilizing Super Intelligence ("SI"), as that impacts and touches all the shifting and changing taking place in my business.

Being retired, the adjustments are minimal. 

Inna Ivchenko I have sold many parcels here in my market area and now some of those builder/owners are having me to list their new homes. A very different change that it is working.

Inna Ivchenko I shifted from commercial real estate transactions to new and pre construction condo development along the  coast of South Florida:  Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach

Before I retired, for the last several years, I added a few pages of content to my website every week, and saw the activity increase each week.

For Zoom calls or classes, I wear a nice dress shirt, but with shorts. It is called "working from home". 😊

Although retired I have a personal blog and AI has become my managing editor, he also manages my retirement investments and goals.
