S & P Case-Shiller Home Price Indices reported the fastest pace of U.S home price growth in seven years. National home prices grew by 10.40 percent year-over-year in December as compared to November’s reading of  9.50 percent home price growth on a year-over-year basis.The S&P Case-Shiller 20-City Home Price Index reported home price growth in 18 of 20 cities included in the index. Detroit, Michigan did not report home price data for December. Phoenix, Arizona held the top position in the 20-City Index for the 19th consecutive month with year-over-year home price growth averaging 14.40 percent. Colorful Pots at Armstrong Garden Center Armstrong Garden Center is a popular nursery and landscape vendor in Carlsbad near the Carlsbad Premium Outlets Mall. It's also conveniently located by the Carlsbad Flower Fields off Palomar AIrport Road and the 5. We've spent plenty of money there and at the store in Encinitas over the years. We stopped by today for some flowers for the pots on our patio and the place was quite busy. In addition to shoppers, the Flower Fields were open for their final day and plenty of people were likely biding their time while they waited to enter the Fields. I thought these blue pots (my favorite color) were quite striking and would certainly brighten up anyone's yard, garden or patio, with flowers or without.Or perhaps these?

Here is the most recent Phoenix AZ Real Estate Housing Market Report for April 2022:   After the slightest of declines last month, the average sales price of Phoenix homes increased this month, going from $580,757 in March to a new all-time high of $618,420 in April. The average sales price of Phoenix homes has increased in 11 out of the last 15 months.The average sold price per square foot of Phoenix homes continues to increase for the fourth straight month, going from $273/sf in December of 2021 to $313/sf in April.
